First of all, by using our Discord bot, you agree to our Terms of Use, Discord's Terms of Use, and local law. If you do not agree to any of the terms in this list, you are prohibited from using the Discord bot.
Audio Converter reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time in its sole discretion for various reasons, including as required by law, and to reflect changes without notice. If you do not agree to any changes, please discontinue using the bot.

2. Agreement For Use
This agreement describes the terms of use, and in accordance with this agreement you may not:
- Copy and do not adapt the bot, do not create your own
- work based on it;
- Use Audio Converter materials for your own commercial purposes;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices;
- Transfer the bot to third parties or create "mirrors" leading to third-party sources;

3. Disclaimer
Audio Converter is provided "as is". There is no guarantee that it will be available in the future, and its purpose and availability may change at any time; any use of Audio Converter in violation of ToS Discord or for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited. No guarantee of security or error-free operation is given, nor is continuous operation without delays,interruptions or defects guaranteed.

4. Proprietary Rights
Audio Converter owns and retains all rights to publicly available data. We allow you to use this publicly available data for your own use, but any commercial use is strictly prohibited. Thus, you may not sell, license or otherwise commercialize the data except if the permission was expressly granted to you.

5. Third Party Content
We use content provided by server members for the purpose of providing it, but this does not mean that we endorse them or are responsible for their actions. By using our bot you agree that we are not responsible for the content that you provide it.

6. Restrictions
Audio Converter shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the bot materials, even if Audio Converter or an authorize representative of this Application has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
